I cant do this!?

I cant:



-Right Click While inside my browser

-Download any file from any site

-copy or paste using keyboard shortcuts



When I reinstall avant browser, it changes nothing, my tabs bar and normal buttons bar is gone from IE7 and im barely making it to type this! how do i fix this!?I cant do this!?
